The Philips DreamWear Gel nasal pillow cushion is a replacement silicone seal for the CPAP mask . The soft gel cushion seal covers each nostril individually, while a nasal cushion covers your entire nose to deliver pressure. 

This cushion is exchangeable for DreamWear Under the Nose Mask. 

Any pillow size will fit on any DreamWear or DreamWear Nasal Gel mask so if you find you want to try a different size you have the option to simply purchase a new pillow rather than having to buy a whole new mask.
