It is estimated up to 15% of Adult Singaporean is afflicted with Sleep Apnea. About 90% of individuals are unware they suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnea and therefore living their daily life feeling tired, not able to focus well, lack of energy or having to take medication for hypertension, having higher risk of stroke, hear attack and many more other health issue.

What is Sleep Diagnostic?

Polysomnography also called as sleep study, is a over night test to monitor your sleep pattern for Sleep Disorder diagnosis. 

The data will then be analysed by a RPSGT to identify your sleep pattern if or when your sleep are disrupted and why. 

Sleep Study is non-invasive, painless test. The most common side effect is skin irritation caused by the adhesive used to attach sensors to your skin. 

Level 1 and Level 2 Sleep Study 

Level 1 Sleep Study is usually conducted in hospital sleep lab with a camera and with an attended Trained Sleep Technologist, while Level 2 can be perform at home without a camera and without a attended Trained Sleep Technologist,

Channels recording of your sleep in Level 1 and Level 2 Sleep Study:
  • Electroencephalogram (EEG - brain waves)
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG - heart rhythm)
  • Nasal and oral air-flow.
  • Electro-occulogram (EOG - eye movements)
  • Oximetry (blood oxygen content)
  • Electromyogram (EMG - muscle tone)
  • Body position
  • Snoring and sound

Our Sleep Study are set up by a Trained Sleep Technologist and the recording data is analysed by our in-house certified RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist).

Level 3 Sleep Study

Conducted at the comfort of your bedroom. You can choose to book a Trained Sleep Technologist for set up or you can set it up yourself. Level 3 consist of lesser sensor and it is easy to set up.
  1. Nasal cannual for air-flow
  2. Oximetry for blood oxygen and pulse rate
  3. Belt on chest for breathing effort
  4. The device also detect body position
Option 1: Book a Level 3 Sleep Study Set Up
  • Our Trained Sleep Technologist will arrive at your home on the night of sleep study
  • Set up takes about 20 mins
  • Sleep Technologist will return the next morning to collect the system
  • Data will be analysed by our in-house certified RPSGT
  • Report will be ready in 5 working days.

 Option 2: Self collection and Set Up

  • A 30-45 minutes coaching by our RPSGT on how to hook up the system.
  • A video will be provided for reference
  • Return of system the next day
  • Data will be analysed by our in-house certified RPSGT
  • Report will be ready in 5 working days.
