Description
The water tub/ chamber in Resmed AirSense 11 holds water for the heated humdifier to add moisture and warmth the airflow during CPAP therapy.
Purpose and Benefits
- Prevents Dryness: Adds moisture to the pressurized air to stop your nose, mouth, and throat from drying out

Guidelines for Daily Use

Cooling Down: If the machine was recently running, allow 10 minutes for the internal heater plate and excess water to cool before touching the chamber.

Removal: Grip the tub firmly at the top and bottom, press gently, and pull it straight out from the side of the machine.

Filling: Open the lid and fill with room-temperature water up to the MAX line.

Warning: Never fill the tub with hot water or add essential oils, perfumes, or inhalants, as these will permanently degrade the plastic and irritate your airway.

Insertion: Securely close the lid and slide the tub back into the machine until it clicks into place.
- Placement: Always operate the CPAP machine on a flat, level surface that sits lower than your head to stop water from accidentally running down the hose toward your mask. Do not tilt or flip the machine while water is inside
